You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. layar21 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the layar21 support team immediately.
- Personal information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
- You are prohibited from sharing your login credentials with any other party.
- Layar21 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any transaction.
- Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Layar21 users are expected to use this platform responsibly and comply with all rules set out herein. Any attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account closure and legal proceedings where necessary.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the layar21 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Using another person's account or acting on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
- Uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, or contains malware.
- Engaging in any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
- Carrying out any action that could compromise the integrity or smooth operation of the platform.
Layar21 reserves the right to monitor account activity and take appropriate action against users who breach these rules.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the layar21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods approved by the platform, including local bank transfers and supported digital wallets. layar21 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity. layar21 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds where required for compliance and security purposes.
- All deposits are credited to your account balance in MYR upon transaction confirmation.
- Withdrawals will be processed within the stated timeframe, subject to any required identity verification.
- Layar21 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
- Any charges or fees imposed by third-party financial institutions are the user's responsibility.
- Transactions suspected of fraud will be blocked and investigated before being processed.
Liability Limitations & Account Policy
The layar21 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. layar21 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. layar21 shall not be held responsible for any service disruptions resulting from maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control.
Where a user's account needs to be suspended or closed, layar21 will take the following actions:
- Temporary suspension may be applied during an investigation into suspicious activity or at the user's own request.
- Permanent closure will be carried out for serious violations of the terms of use, including fraud or misuse of the platform.
- For accounts closed due to a terms violation, any legitimate fund balance may be withheld pending the completion of an investigation, subject to the outcome of an internal review.
- Users whose accounts have been closed unfairly may submit a complaint to the layar21 support team.
Layar21 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, except to the extent required by applicable law in Malaysia.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and materials on the layar21 platform are the exclusive property of layar21 or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from layar21.
This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. layar21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval of such content.
Layar21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
